2 Adults, 3 Children Displaced In Palm Desert House Fire

PALM DESERT, CA — Five people, including three children, were displaced Thursday when fire tore through a home in Palm Desert.

The non-injury blaze was reported at 4:12 p.m. in the 74000 block of Myrsine Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Multiple engine crews responded and encountered a single-story home ablaze. The extent of the damage was not specified.

American Red Cross personnel were called to assist two adults and three children living at the home who were displaced.
