PALM SPRINGS, CA — Police issued 86 citations and warnings during a traffic enforcement operation in Palm Springs, authorities announced Tuesday.
Units conducted 97 stops during the four-hour program Friday night, issuing 86 citations or warnings and towing two vehicles with expired registrations, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.
The department did not specify the exact location of the operation but noted that officers were stationed at "key areas within [the] city."
