Live Election Results For Palm Desert, Riverside County

Assembly District 42, Congressional District 36, city council seats and a Desert Sands USD trustee seat were on the ballot in Palm Desert.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA —Election Night vote counting is complete and, although results are not final, leaders emerged. In Palm Desert, some key seats voters are deciding include Assembly District 42, Congressional District 36, city council seats and a Desert Sands Unified School District trustee seat. (See the live tallies below.)

Approximately 400,000 Vote-by-Mail and 25,000 Provisional ballots still must be processed. Work on those began Wednesday morning. Ballots that are postmarked on or before Election Day also remain to be counted. The next updated results will be posted at 6 p.m. Thursday.
