Award-winning blogger, author to speak at the College of the Desert

The Student Senate of the Associated Students of College of the Desert (ASCOD) will host a lecture by award-winning blogger, bestselling author, and civil rights attorney Glenn Greenwald on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 6 p.m. at College of the Desert in Palm Desert.

As part of the event, Greenwald will be speaking to students and the community about journalism and the law as well talk about his newest book, With Liberty and Justice for Some.

The event will be held at the Multipurpose Room in the Cravens Students Services Center at 6 p.m.
