Gas Prices Hit A New Low Near Palm Desert
The average price has dropped 6.2 cents over the past eight days, data shows.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County dropped Thursday to its lowest amount since Jan. 21, falling eight-tenths of a cent to $3.20, the eighth consecutive decrease.
The average price has dropped 6.2 cents over the past eight days, including nine-tenths of a cent on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 5.1 cents less than one week ago and 14.9 cents lower than one month ago but 2.2 cents higher than one year ago.
