Gildardo 'Goofy' Davila Arrested
Breaking: He was wanted for shooting a sheriff's deputy last month.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA – The Riverside County Sheriff's Office says Gildardo Davila has been arrested. Davila was involved in the shooting of a Coachella station sheriff's deputy that left him hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds.

Gildardo "Goofy" Davila, 27, a documented gang member, allegedly fled during a traffic stop, then fired on the deputy. The deputy was airlifted to a hospital.
