INDIO, CA — Police on Wednesday arrested a 38-year-old man suspected in a string of recent burglaries and vandalism incidents across Indio, authorities said.

Jacob Garcia was taken into custody earlier in the day without incident, according to the Indio Police Department. Garcia is facing multiple felony charges connected to the ongoing investigation, officials said.

Detectives believe additional suspects may be involved and are continuing to investigate the series of crimes.
