Meet Your New Riverside County Neighbors: The Kardashians

LA QUINTA, CA -- Guess who is coming to town? It appears the Kardashians. The Desert Sun reported the family trust for the reality TV family purchased a $12 million home in Riverside County.

The Desert Sun reported the family closed on the mansion earlier this year, making it one of the priciest homes in the Coachella Valley.

Photos of the home weren't available online, but the Desert Sun reported "The property appears to be a spec home by developer Gala Asher, and shares some of its design details with Los Angeles estates Asher has developed and sold in recent years."

The Kardashians won't be the only celebrities to call the region home.

"Whichever Kardashian family member or members are moving into Madison Club, they’ll be in good company," the Desert Sun reported. "Nike co-founder Philip Knight, as well as entertainment executive and Kardashian family friend Irving Azoff have also purchased property in the community."
