PGA Phenom Jon Rahm Joins Bighorn Team
Rahm is a two-time winner of the Ben Hogan Award, an honor that recognizes the outstanding male amateur and collegiate golfer of the year.

From Bighorn: BIGHORN, recognized as one of the greatest golf communities in the world, is proud to announce that it has reached a sponsorship agreement with up-and-coming PGA Tour Player Jon Rahm. The former No. 1-ranked amateur player in the world will be showing off his new club allegiance this weekend at the World Golf Championship in Mexico City.
“At just 22 years old, Jon is one of the most exciting players to come along on the PGA Tour in a long time,” said BIGHORN Chairman R.D. Hubbard. “We see an enormous amount of talent and potential, and we look forward to watching him represent BIGHORN this weekend and in the coming years.”
Rahm is the only two-time winner of the Ben Hogan Award, an honor that recognizes the outstanding male amateur and collegiate golfer of the year. He also won the Jack Nicklaus Award in 2016, and is a four-time NCAA All-American. Raised in Barrika, Spain, Rahm is a proud graduate of Arizona State University and says his biggest thrill in golf to date is playing the 16th hole at the Waste Management Open in Phoenix.

Rahm won his first title in January 2017 at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, Calif. Nine different players contended for the lead, but Rahm shot 6-under on his final eight holes, with two eagles and two birdies to win by three strokes to become the youngest winner in tournament history, as well as the fourth international winner. With the victory, Rahm now finds himself in 8th place in the FedEx Cup and on his way to his first Masters. Currently ranked 38th in the Official World Golf Rankings with a scoring average of 69.68, Rahm is well positioned heading into the World Golf Championship.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the BIGHORN family,” said Rahm. “To be partnered with an internationally recognized club such as BIGHORN is incredible. I look forward to proudly carrying their logo on my bag.”
