Rep. Calvert Invites Constituents To Palm Desert Office Grand Opening
The Palm Desert district office grand opening takes place March 20.

PALM DESERT, CA — The longest-serving Republican in the California congressional delegation who won reelection in November — despite a tough battle largely due to redistricting — announced he will hold a grand opening this month for his new Palm Desert district office, and constituents are invited to attend.
Rep. Ken Calvert will welcome his 41st Congressional District constituents from 5-6:30 p.m. during the March 20 grand opening at 73710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 129.
The 41st District includes the desert cities of Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. The district also includes the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Norco, Wildomar, as well as portions of Corona, Eastvale and Riverside.

Calvert's representation in the desert is new. For 30 years Calvert held his congressional seat in Southwest Riverside County, but recent redistricting shifted his constituency. District lines were redrawn to include more Democratic-leaning cities, like Palm Springs, and he lost Republican strongholds, such as Murrieta and much of Temecula.
As a result of newly drawn district lines, Calvert narrowly won reelection in 2022, garnering 52.35 percent of the vote over Democratic challenger Will Rollins.

Following his November win, Calvert said, "It's clear that this district, like our country, is narrowly divided on a partisan basis. I am proud of my record of delivering results for Riverside County by working in a bipartisan manner throughout my career. As I represent a new district with new communities, I remain committed to working towards solutions with anyone who is interested in addressing the needs of our region."
In addition to his Washington, DC, and new Palm Desert offices, Calvert has a district office in Corona at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue, Suite 125.
