INDIO, CA — Sunday closed out the second weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio. There was no shortage of popular performers, crazy set designs and creative outfits for the final days of the festival. Musical acts, Blink 182, Skrillex, Four Tet and Fred Again replaced Frank Ocean after he reportedly sustained an ankle injury from weekend one.
