Silver Alert For Missing RivCo Woman: Have You Seen Jeri?

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA — A Silver Alert is in effect Thursday for a 68-year-old woman who was reported missing in Rancho Mirage.

Jeri Chamberlain was last seen on Wednesday at approximately 8:20 p.m. near Mirage Cove Drive and Peterson Road, according to the he California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Chamberlain is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 124 pounds, has hazel eyes and gray hair. When last seen she was wearing a yellow sundress and authorities believe Chamberlain may be traveling on foot.

Anyone who has seen Chamberlain or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call 911.

The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
