"Prior to this location there are road closure signs due to Little Morongo being washing and inaccessible to the public," Torres told CNS. "The Honda crashed into a dirt berm, landed on the other side of the berm and caught on fire."
Garcia was injured at 5:30 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:40 a.m., according to coroner's officials.
