Travelers Can Hop New Nonstop Flights To NYC From Southern California
Delta Air Lines has launched nonstop service between Palm Springs and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — Travelers looking for nonstop flights between Southern California and the Big Apple have a new option, at least temporarily.
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) officials have announced the launch of Delta Air Lines’ new nonstop service between PSP and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
The seasonal Saturday-only service runs through May 3. The flight schedule is as follows (all times are local):

Departs JFK at 8:45 a.m. – Arrives PSP at 10:50 a.m.
Departs PSP at 12:50 p.m. – Arrives JFK at 8:35 p.m.

The aircraft will be an Airbus A220-300, which features 2x3 seating, 12 first-class seats, 30 "Comfort Plus" seats, and 88 main-cabin seats, according to PSP officials.
"This new nonstop service is a fantastic addition to PSP’s growing network," said PSP Executive
Director Harry Barrett, Jr. "With Delta’s premium travel experience and the convenience of nonstop flights to JFK, travelers from the Coachella Valley now have an effortless way to reach the heart of New York City, whether for business or leisure."
PSP now hosts 13 airlines providing nonstop service to 30 airports inseason with one-stop connections to more than 300 global cities.
U.S. nonstop routes include Atlanta, Bellingham, Bend/Redmond, Boise, Chicago Midway, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas Love, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Washington Dulles, Everett, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York JFK, Oakland, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Rosa, and Seattle.
Canadian nonstop routes include Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg.
PSP is served by Air Canada, Alaska, Allegiant, Avelo, American, Delta, Flair, Frontier, Porter, Southwest, Sun Country, United, and WestJet. Some airlines and routes operate on a seasonal basis. For additional information, visit flyPSP.com.
