Village Pub's 'Round It Up' Donations to Benefit Animal Samaritans

Donations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, Nov. 29.

From Village Pub: Village Pub, celebrating 21 years in downtown, invites guests on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to donate to Animal Samaritans during the pub’s Round It Up campaign to support the organization. Kicking off on National Giving Day on Tuesday, Nov. 29, Village Pub joins in #GivingTuesday, the global celebration dedicated to giving.

From November 29 through December 31, guests have the opportunity to round up their bills to the nearest dollar or can enter a specific donation amount to help support Animal Samaritans. A spokesperson and companion dog from the organization will be at Village Pub for a meet and greet on Tuesday, December 6, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The pub will also introduce their customized Happy Hour Menu embracing their support with a little fun! Menu items include Fido’s Fish Tacos, Scooby-Doo’s Pizza Fries, Hair of the Dog Spicy Chicken Flatbread, Paw Peel and Eat Shrimp, Aristo-Cat Calamari, and much more.

Animal Samaritans is located in Thousand Palms and operates a no-kill animal shelter that gives dogs and cats second chances to become valued members of Coachella Valley families. In partnership with the Coachella Valley City and County Animal Shelter, the organization works closely with a network of animal shelters, rescue groups, and pet fostering networks to find dogs and cats temporary refuge and permanent homes.
