City of Palm Desert Championship
When: Saturday, May 25 - 7:00 a.m. and Sunday, May 26, 2024 - 7:00 a.m.
Where: Mountain View Golf Course, 38180 Del Webb Boulevard, Palm Desert, CA 92211
What: Golfers, grab your clubs and tee off the Memorial Day Weekend with the City of Palm Desert Championship. This two-person team golf event spans two days, offering the chance to compete for the title of the best twosome in Palm Desert. Enjoy perks such as a continental breakfast, an awards luncheon, par 3 challenges and raffle prizes.

Desert Mirage Pool Party
When: Sunday, May 26 - 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where: V Hotel, 333 E Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92264
What: Dive into the Memorial Day weekend at the Desert Mirage Pool Party at the V Hotel in Palm Springs. This sun-soaked event will feature beats from top DJs, specialty cocktails and Spanish-inspired bites. This event is open to guests 21 and over.
Free Concert Series At Veterans Memorial Park
When: Sunday, May 26 - 6:00 p.m.
Where: Veterans Memorial Park, 1515 Sixth Street, Coachella, CA 92236
What: This Memorial Day weekend, enjoy the final concert in the free concert series featuring Bohemio, playing an energetic mix of Cumbia, Tex-Mex and Rock en Español. Taking place at the Veterans Memorial Park, the event will feature activities for the whole family, from a car show to a bounce house, lawn games and more.

Memorial Day Ceremony At Veterans Park
When: Monday, May 27 - 9:00 a.m.
Where: Veterans Park, 10101 Palm Drive, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240
What: Join the community at Veterans Park to honor those who sacrificed their lives for our nation. All community members are invited to join the Memorial Day ceremony to show gratitude and respect for our fallen heroes and their families.
Annual Memorial Day Air Fair And Flower Drop
When: Monday, May 27 - 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where: Palm Springs Air Museum, 745 North Gene Autry Trail, Palm Springs, CA 92262
What: On Memorial Day, the Palm Springs Air Museum will host the Annual Air Fair and Flower Drop, featuring a fly-by and flower drop from a B-25 Mitchell bomber. The plane will scatter over 3,000 red and white carnations in memory of fallen soldiers, which attendees can take home in remembrance. The day includes flight exhibitions and activities, with the main Memorial ceremony and flower drop at 1:00 p.m.
