"Bistro, POM and Fresh Grill Buffet will serve special holiday menus on Thursday, Nov. 27, each crafted by the award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger. Guests can look forward to an array of seasonal dishes prepared to make the holiday both memorable and delicious.
"At Bistro, guests can begin their à la carte Thanksgiving meal with an arugula and baby spinach salad dressed in citrus Dijon vinaigrette or a velvety honeynut squash bisque topped with cinnamon crème fraîche and toasted pumpkin seeds, served alongside a warm French baguette and whipped butter ($14). The main course features fresh roasted premium turkey accompanied by cheddar whipped potatoes with natural pan gravy, maple butter brioche stuffing, honey confit sweet potato, haricot verts amandine, and cranberry sauce ($38). To finish, indulge in a pumpkin spice cheesecake layered with cinnamon anglaise and fresh whipped cream ($12). 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Reservations recommended.

"A fall-inspired menu at POM also offers à la carte options starting with a Vintner’s Garden Salad featuring mesclun greens, baby spinach, apples, pears, candied pecans, sun-dried cranberries, and feta tossed in a Zinfandel dressing, or a butternut squash bisque, served with warm dinner rolls and whipped butter ($12). The main course is fresh-roasted premium turkey, paired with home-style mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy, cornbread stuffing with maple-roasted sausage, cinnamon-roasted sweet potatoes, baby green beans, and cranberry sauce ($36). For dessert, guests can enjoy a classic homemade pumpkin pie topped with cinnamon whipped cream ($10). Noon – 11 p.m. Reservations recommended.
