77-Year-Old Peninsula Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

MENLO PARK, CA — A Peninsula man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possessing child porn, Menlo Park police said in a news release.

Dennis Davis Terry, 77 of Menlo Park, was arrested on suspicion of possession of obscene matter (a felony), police said.

Terry’s arrest culminated a Menlo Park Police Department Investigations Division investigation that began in July with a cybertip from the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (SV ICAC), police said.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.

“The Menlo Park Police Department is working diligently to identify other potentially involved persons in this investigation,” the agency said.
