UPDATE: Oregon Expwy at Alma Street Re-Opened

UPDATE: As of 1 p.m., both directions of Oregon Expressway at Alma Street had re-opened. At least one car had to be towed from the underpass after it drove into the flooded area and stalled.

Palo Alto Police would like to remind everyone not to attempt to drive through a flooded street.

Palo Alto Police is reporting that the westbound Oregon Expressway underpass at Alma Street is closed due to flooding.
