PALO ALTO, CA — This is the final week of the Palo Alto Art Center’s weekly virtual meditations with a stress management consultant.
The series began in January and wraps up on Thursday at noon with Julie Forbes.
The specific types of meditation included: “Mindful Meditation” the first Thursday of the month, “Mindful Body Scan Medication” the second Thursday, “Loving Kindness Meditation” the third week, “Guided Visualization Meditation” the fourth Thursday and “Mindful Progressive Muscle Relaxation” the fifth week.
