South Bay Crashes Cleared After Blocking Traffic
CHP responded to a variety of crashes that have since been cleared.
PALO ALTO, CA -- Motorists experienced delays following a series of crashes in San Jose snarling traffic, the California Highway Patrol reported.
By 9 p.m., roads have since reopened.
