SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA -- A motorcyclist who died in a crash on northbound U.S. Highway 101 in Palo Alto on Saturday night has been identified by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as 47-year-old Anthony McMahon.
The crash was reported at 8:41 p.m. May 20 just north of the Embarcadero Road on-ramp to the highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP spokesman Officer Art Montiel said McMahon, a Daly City resident, was driving between the two left lanes and hit the left side of a silver 2014 Dodge Ram truck driven by a 40-year-old Burlingame woman with two passengers inside.
