Palo Alto Humane Society To Host Speaker Series On Sustainability

The event features entrepreneurs, scientists and thought leaders exploring ways to create a more sustainable and compassionate world.

PALO ALTO, CA — The Palo Alto Humane Society will kick off a free virtual speaker series on sustainability on Nov. 13.

The series, titled “Humane Planet: Thought Leaders for a Sustainable World,” features entrepreneurs, scientists and thought leaders exploring ways to create a more sustainable and compassionate world with a focus on animals, plants and the planet.

Speakers on Nov. 13 include Impossible Foods CEO Pat Brown and Sweet Farm co-founder Nate Salpeter, and the conversation will be moderated by Sue Klapholz, the vice president of nutrition, health and food safety at Impossible Foods.
