Palo Alto Power Outage Impacts 3,000 Customers

PALO ALTO, CA — A Monday morning Palo Alto power outage is impacting more than 3,000 customers, the city’s utility announced on Twitter at 8:03 a.m.

The outage is mostly affecting residents of the city’s northeast neighborhoods, Palo Alto Utilities said.

Residents are encouraged to check the city’s online outage map or call (650) 496-6914 for updates.

Some residents responded to the tweet saying they have been without power for more than four hours.

“There's currently an electrical outage in the northeast neighborhoods of Palo Alto,” the utility said.

“Electric operations is working on identifying the cause and getting an estimated time of restoration.”
