“A police report was submitted detailing the incident,” the DA’s office said in a statement obtained by KRON.

“The DA’s Office reviewed the evidence and determined we could prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Officers at around 8 p.m. July 4 responded to Fraser’s home near Page Mill Road on the report of a domestic incident, The Stanford Daily reports.

The incident left a “large swath of redness with the imprint of a door handle” on the woman’s skin,” according to an incident report The Stanford Daily obtained.

X-rays taken were negative, but a CT scan revealed the woman had two broken ribs, according to the report.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Nov. 13 at 9 a.m., KRON reports.
