A magnitude 2.6 earthquake struck in Rancho Palos Verdes Monday night.
RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — A magnitude 2.6 earthquake struck in Rancho Palos Verdes Monday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake was reported at 9:47 p.m. less than a mile from Rolling Hills Estates, less than a mile from Lomita and one mile from Torrance.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 6.4 miles.
