Benefit for Skatepark PV to Be Held Sunday

Local nonprofit Skatepark PV will participate in a "skate jam" Sunday to raise money for a skate park in Palos Verdes.

"A Midsummer's Day Skate Jam," presented by Vanguard surf and skate shop in Torrance, will be held from noon to 6 p.m. at the shop, 5205 Pacific Coast Highway. The event will feature contests, music and food.
