Palos Verdes Public High Schools Take Top Marks
The two schools on the PV Peninsula continue the Hill's legacy of outstanding academics.

The two public high schools on the Palos Verdes Peninsula have been ranked among some of the best public high schools in a new survey. Palos Verdes Peninsula High in Rolling Hills Estates ranked ninth in California and Pals Verdes High in Palos Verdes Estates ranked 28th, according to Niche, which compiles school rankings.
Surprisingly, Redondo Union in Redondo Beach outranked Mira Costa in Manhattan Beach, coming in at No. 22 while Costa hit No. 63.
Other Los Angeles schools that made the top 100 include Granada Hills Charter (No. 1 in the state), Troy in Fullerton (No. 3 in California), San Marino (No. 7), Oxford Academy in Cypress (No. 12), and California Academy of Mathematics & Science in Carson (No. 16).
