SCE to Replace Power Pole, Emergency Repairs in Rancho Palos Verdes 'Switchbacks'

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA -- Southern California Edison will be doing some work on Palos Verdes Drive East this Saturday and there may be some delays, public works officials said.

The utility will be replacing a power pole in the 'switchbacks' area and conducting emergency repair work near Corsini Place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. There will be a single traffic lane open with flagging operations at both locations.

Officials say to expect delays around the area and to use alternate routes whenever possible.
