BURGLARY

  • Vehicle - Oct. 6, 2023 - 2:45 p.m. - 31000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard
    • A suspect broke the lock on the driver's side of a car to steal cash and credit cards from inside, authorities alleged. No suspect information was available.

  • Auto - Oct. 5, 2023 - 5:21 a.m. - 1500 block of Cassington Drive
    • A White 2003 GMC Sierra was reported stolen. No suspect information was available.
  • Attempt - Oct. 6, 2023 - 2:36 a.m. - 2100 block of West Crestwood Street
    • Suspects attempted to steal a catalytic converter but were unsuccessful according to deputies. The suspects were seen leaving the location in a black suburban car.
  • Catalytic Converter - Oct. 5-6, 2023 - 11:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. - 1900 block of Jaybrook Drive
    • A catalytic converter was reported stolen. No suspect information was available.
  • Catalytic Converter - Oct. 5-6, 2023 - 6 p.m. to 11 a.m. - 1900 block of Homeworth Drive
    • A catalytic converter was reported stolen. No suspect information was available.

BURGLARY

  • Residential - Oct. 7, 2023 - 8:34 p.m. - Morgan Lane
    • According to the Sheriff's Station, a suspect shattered the rear sliding glass door of a home and stole a safe containing jewelry, passports, bonds and cash. The suspect was described as a man who wore a black hooded sweater, a black face mask, a burgundy backpack, burgundy sweatpants and dark gray or white shoes.
  • Residential - Oct. 4-8, 2023 - 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Morgan Lane
    • Police said a window screen was partially torn from a window of a home, but nothing was stolen from inside. No suspect information was available.
