SAN PEDRO, CA — Mark Spiro from the Operational Services Division from the County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors caught a glimpse of this surprising—and unlikely—waterfall.

Rain brought a cascade of water down the bluff at White Point Beach in San Pedro; however, this isn’t a crystal clear waterfall that you’d want to stand under. That pipe is a storm drain.
