Cheese Store of Pasadena Launches New Weekend Brunch

Some cheese lovers can easily make a meal out of a block of Humboldt fog, some crackers and honey. But for those who want to diversify their cheese consumption, the Cheese Store of Pasadena (140 S. Lake Ave. #107) is now serving weekend brunch.

On Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until they run out of brunch items, the welcoming cheese shop offers a small menu of dishes, most highlighting cheese on a small or large scale, that includes:

• Frittata with organic spinach and ricotta and a side salad
• Quiche au gruyere with French ham, and a side salad
• Organic tomato and roasted bell pepper soup with half a grilled cheese sandwich
• Greek yogurt parfait with granola, honey and fruit

Dessert includes signature organic ricotta cheesecake, Duverger macarons and more.
