LeAnn Rimes To Play Rose Parade Kick-Off Performance
Rimes will be accompanied in Pasadena by the Rose Parade Dancers, Mark Keppel Dance Company, Rose Parade Flag Bearers and four drummers.

PASADENA, CA — Before the floral floats can make their way through Pasadena on New Year's Day, the Rose Parade will kick off with a performance by musician LeAnn Rimes.
Rimes will her 2020 songs "Throw My Arms Around the World" that will be re-mixed and re-mastered specifically for the parade's Opening Spectacular, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses announced Wednesday.
The Rose Parade Dancers, the Mark Keppel Dance Company, Rose Parade Flag Bearers and four drummers will accompany the 39-year-old in her performance, Tournament officials said.

Officials said in a statement that Rimes embodies the parade's theme of "Dream. Believe. Achieve." by "using her voice to help heal the world" and introducing her fans to the people in her life that have made a positive impact through her "Wholly Human" podcast.
Rimes previously made an appearance during 2006's Rose Parade with a performance of her song "Something's Gotta Give," officials said.
