Man Shoplifts $600 Worth Of Items From Petaluma Business

PETALUMA, CA -- Police asked the public for help Monday in identifying a man who shoplifted $600 worth of items from a home improvement store in Sonoma County.
The incident was reported at 5:09 p.m. Oct. 2 at Friedman’s Home Improvement at 429 North McDowell Boulevard, according to the Petaluma Police Department.
Police said an unknown suspect entered the store and walked out with two sets of cordless tools without paying. Each item is valued at $300.

The suspect is described as a white male adult who is in his late-twenties to mid-thirties. He had short brown hair with a receding hairline. The suspect left in a red Toyota Rav 4, police said.
