Petaluma Man Exposed Himself, Suspected To Be High On Meth
Petaluma police arrested a man on suspicion of lewd conduct and being under the influence of methamphetamine.
PETALUMA, CA — A Petaluma man was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct and being under the influence of methamphetamine, police said Thursday.
On Wednesday just before 7 p.m., officers in Petaluma responded to a report of a man allegedly exposing himself to someone in the Washington Square shopping center. Multiple witnesses at the scene reported that the subject had been actively masturbating in public view.
Police made contact with suspect Sean Foster, 38, who was found completely nude in a public place, the department said. Officers allege Foster admitted to being under the influence of meth. Foster was booked into jail on suspicion of indecent exposure, being under the influence of drugs, and violating his parole.
