Man Wanted In Fatal East Bay Shooting: Police
Jeffrey Kendall, 36, is wanted for homicide and should be considered armed and dangerous, Pinole police said.

PINOLE, CA — Police identified a man wanted in connection with a homicide Friday in Pinole.
The Pinole Police Department received a report around 8:45 a.m. Friday about a person who broke into a house in the 500 block of Summit Drive and attacked a woman.
Officers from the Pinole and Hercules police departments responded and found a woman dead inside the home. She suffered from at least one gunshot wound.

Officers did not find anyone else in the house.
As officers launched an investigation that included a neighborhood canvas, a witness identified the suspect as Jeffrey Kendall, a 36-year-old man who is associated with the house.

Kendall was captured on video fleeing the area and was seen leaving in a gray 2013 Hyundai Elantra, police said.
He is wanted in connection with the homicide and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said late Friday.
Kendall is white, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket, dark pants and a baseball hat.
His four-door gray Hyundai has a California license plate number 8BLM036 and an "Oxmoor Hyundai" sticker on the right side of the trunk lid.
Police urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 510-724-1111 or 911.
