Miss Hercules to Compete in Miss Monterey/Central Coast

Domonique Jones is also hoping for a spot on "America's Next Top Model."

Miss Hercules Domonique Jones will soon be vying for the Miss Monterey Bay/Central Coast crown in hopes of moving on to compete in Miss California and then Miss America pageants.

She also has her sights set on becoming a contestant on Tyra Banks’ TV show, “America’s Next Top Model,” a show that follows a group of models competing for the “top model title” and modeling contracts. She finds out later this month if she’ll be a contestant.

For the local Miss Monterey/Central Coast pageant, her platform is to promote self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worth to youth, Jones said in an email.
