Photos: Hercules Marks Juneteenth, Raises Pan-African Flag

HERCULES, CA — The City of Hercules Council recently voted to commemorate the new Juneteenth federal holiday by raising the Pan-African flag June 17-June 24 at the Hercules Civic Center.
