Pinole Police Log: Metal Knuckles, Domestic Disturbances, Home Burglaries
Some of the incidents that kept Pinole police officers busy during the first week of September

Here are some of the items listed on the Pinole Police Department logs from Sept. 1 to Sept. 6.
Sunday, Sept. 1
Knuckling down: A motorist was cited for driving with a suspended license and a passenger was arrested for possession of metal knuckles after their vehicle was stopped at 2:55 p.m. in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
Intoxicated: A person was arrested at 8:55 p.m. for public intoxication after a family disturbance was reported at a home in the 800 block of Patrick Drive.
Monday, Sept. 2
Car burglary: Officers were informed at 10:39 a.m. that a vehicle had been burglarized in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
Domestic disturbances: A person was arrested for assault at 5:14 p.m. after officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home in the 2400 block of Collins Avenue.
Tuesday, Sept. 3
Home burglary: Officers were notified at 4:59 p.m. that a home in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court had been burglarized.
Another burglary: A resident on the 2800 block of Poulos Court reported at 5:59 p.m. that their home had been burglarized.
Wednesday, Sept. 4
Marijuana at school: At 11:45 a.m., a student at Pinole Valley High School was cited for possession of marijuana.
Disturbance arrest: A person was arrested for assault and preventing someone from calling police for help after officers responded at 9:38 p.m. to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home on the 800 block of Tennent Avenue.
Thursday, Sept. 5
School trespassers: Police admonished trespassers at Stewart School at 9:39 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 6
Vehicle vandalism: Officers were notified at 4:39 p.m. that a vehicle had been vandalized on the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
Stolen vehicle: Officers were informed at 6:11 p.m. that a vehicle had been stolen from the 1200 block of Alberdan Court.
Speeding vehicle: A driver was cited at 9:25 p.m. on Pinole Valley Road near Estates Avenue for driving with a suspended license and exhibition of speed.
