The Del Monte Center in Pinole will host a grand reopening on Saturday afternoon.The event will run from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 pm.The festivities will include free food provided by five restaurants in the center, an inflatable jumping house, music, a batting cage and face painting.The shopping center, located in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue in southern Pinole, has been undergoing an extensive refurbishing the past six months.
