Students can get vaccines required for school, and the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine will be available for students 12 and older.

WEST CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — The West Contra Costa Unified School District and Safeway are co-hosting a free clinic Monday for required school vaccines and the COVID-19 vaccine, the district announced Wednesday in a news release.

The clinic for WCCUSD students is set to take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 26 at Richmond High School, 1250 23rd St. in Richmond.

District students who need any of the required school vaccines and students 12 and older who would like a COVID-19 vaccine can sign up at bit.ly/wccusdvaccines. There are five vaccine appointment slots every 15 minutes. Families are asked to list the vaccine/s needed for their student/s. There is a limited supply.
