WestCAT to Offer Free Bus Rides All Month Long in September 2021!

WestCAT has joined forces with our fellow East Bay bus operators to welcome you back to transit. WestCAT will be providing FREE RIDES on all buses, including LYNX to San Francisco, the entire month of September. No pass or coupon is necessary. Just hop on any WestCAT bus and your ride is FREE.

IMPORTANT 31-DAY PASS INFORMATION: Due to the free ride promotion, WestCAT is advising all 31-Day Pass users to delay activating any 31-Day Pass until this promotion is over. If you have a 31-Day Pass, do not activate it between August 2 and September 31. This will ensure you do not use a paid pass on any free-fare day in September. We recommend waiting until October 1st to activate a 31-Day Pass. Also, if you use a 31-Day Pass on Clipper, consider temporarily disabling Autoload to avoid paying during September. We are not able to issue refunds for partially used passes.
