680 To Close Presidents' Day Weekend

PLEASANTON, CA — Southbound I-680 will close between the I-580-680 connector and Koopman Road from 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16 until 4 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, Caltrans confirmed.

The same stretch was scheduled to close Martin Luther King Day weekend, but the closure was canceled due to rain. The closure will also be canceled in the event of rain.

In Pleasanton, Foothill Road and southbound Pleasanton Sunol Road at Castlewood Drive will also be closed during the same period. CHP officers will be on-site to allow residents into the closed streets, and message signs will guide drivers, the City of Pleasanton said.
