PLEASANTON, CA — The closure of Augustin Bernal Park has been extended to Tuesday as crews work to restore drainage and erosion issues left over from the winter storms.

The 237-acre park along Pleasanton Ridge has been closed since Monday, and was scheduled to reopen Friday. The city said the closure was extended because the trails are not yet safe for public use.
