Car Crashes Into Downtown Pleasanton Planter Box: Police
A driver suffering a medical emergency crashed into a planter box on Main Street Wednesday morning, police said.
PLEASANTON, CA — A driver crashed into a planter box in downtown Pleasanton Wednesday morning after suffering a medical emergency, according to the Pleasanton Police Department.
The crash occurred at around 9 a.m. at a planter box in front of 252 Main Street in Pleasanton, according to PPD Lt. Nicholas Albert. The driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment, though the department is not aware of any major injuries resulting from the crash, Albert said.
Though the planet box was damaged, no other damage or injuries were reported, and no other parties were involved. There was no pursuit or chase of the vehicle, Albert said.
