Cyclist Struck By Vehicle In Pleasanton Ridge Area
The accident was logged Oct. 6 on Foothill Road.

PLEASANTON, CA — A bicyclist was seriously injured Friday, Oct. 6, after being struck by a vehicle on Foothill Road in the Pleasanton Ridge area, according to authorities.
The male cyclist was transported to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, and his current condition was unavailable, said Jason Solak, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department's deputy fire chief of operations.
The vehicle driver remained at the scene and was questioned by California Highway Patrol, Solak said.
