Frost Advisory Issued In Pleasanton

Below freezing temperatures are expected across the East Bay early Thursday morning.

PLEASANTON, CA — The winter weather continues in Pleasanton with a Frost Advisory, which will be in effect Thursday from 3 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Temperatures are expected to drop to 32 degrees by 7 a.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service, which issued the advisory for the interior East Bay, North Bay, and Peninsula, warns that frost can kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.

Pleasanton temperatures are expected to rise to 44 degrees by 10 a.m., and eventually reach a high of 55 by 2 p.m. Highs will remain in the upper 50s throughout the weekend, though more rain is predicted Saturday.
