Kitten Rescued From Inside Car Engine Compartment
Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department firefighters rescued a cat from inside the car.

PLEASANTON, CA — A lucky local kitty was rescued from a car’s engine compartment by crews from the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department’s Engine 92. The crew was called about a kitten inside a car, and worked to rescue the unnamed kitten, who was clearly small enough to fit inside anywhere.
LPFD spokesperson Rosa Ramos said that the crews did not contact any adoption agencies and placed the cat in a safe, open place.
