Overturned Truck Causes SigAlert On Westbound I-580: CHP
CHP did not give an estimated reopening time for the three right lanes.
LIVERMORE, CA — The three right lanes of I-580 westbound near Hopyard Road are blocked after a Costco semi-trailer truck flipped over and hit other three cars, though only minor injuries were reported, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The truck was found on its side at 9:02 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol log.

A SigAlert was issued at 9:13 a.m. for westbound 580 east of Dougherty Road, and heavy traffic remains as of noon Friday. Drivers are advised to use SR-84 to I-680 as alternate routes. No estimated reopening time was given.
