Pleasanton High Schooler ID'd As Teen Killed In Livermore Crash
The coroner's office has identified a Pleasanton high school student as the person killed Saturday in a crash in Livermore.
PLEASANTON, CA — A 17-year-old student at Foothill High School has been identified as the person who died over the weekend after crashing into a tree on Del Valle Road in Livermore.
According to Pleasanton Weekly, the Alameda County Coroner's Bureau identified Daniel Hernandez Alvarado, 17, as the driver of a BMW 535i that hit a tree south of Mendenhall Road just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
Investigators with the California Highway Patrol are seeking witnesses who may have seen the crash and ask anyone with relevant information to contact CHP Dublin at 925-828-0466.

A GoFundMe page created Sunday by Jose Alvarado is seeking donations to help the family cover funeral costs and other financial needs in the coming weeks.
